Dont worry, youre not the only one. I doesnt matter if you live there, work there, or come on the property to provide services requested by owners. They dont care! About you, your car, or anything of value. The gates scratched up the entire driver side of my vehicle. Their answer was; "Not our problem, call your insurance company."
